Washing pipes and tubes is an important operation to maintain the good condition of the sewer system and safeguard its functionality.
The drains of clear and gray waters collect deposits of sand and foliage, while detergents, kitchen greases and sewage are responsible for clogging of the black ones.
This debris that accumulates in the sewers causes obstructions that could prevent the correct functioning of the water system and cause unpleasant liquid rising.
The Canal Jet is a washing and staging solution that uses the high pressure of the water in order to remove encrustations and clean up the clogged water network.
Thanks to this modern technology it’s possible to obtain a rapid and thorough cleaning of cesspools, sewers, pipes and ducts. Even small diameters, such as sink drains.
Canal Jet units, also known as staging and bleeding units, are used for routine maintenance, periodic or in emergency situations, and allow you to reach areas that are difficult to access, narrow pipes or old and damaged systems.
The final result is always thorough cleaning and unblocking of compromised pipes.
How the Canal Jet Units work
Through the Canal Jet it is possible to thoroughly clean sewer channels or water networks by removing:
- Limestone residues;
- Sewer obstructions;
- Solid waste;
- Other debris that prevent the system from functioning
Taking advantage of the high pressure of the water jet, the Canal Jet performs a dual function: to eliminate encrustations, dirt and debris. In this way it is possible to obtain excellent results in a very short time.
First of all, qualified personnel introduces a flexible tube that ends with a nozzle inside the duct. The nozzle advances along the sewer system together with the pipe and directs the jet.
By combining the force of high pressure, it manages to reach the height of the closure and pierce the obstruction, so that the fragmented material can flow freely.
The pipe can have different sizes and extension capacities depending on the duct in which it will be placed and the type of equipment used in the operation.
Our range of Canal Jet Units for cleaning the sewerage network includes three types of configurations:
Built-in
they are autonomous machines with a diesel, petrol or hybrid engine. Lightweight and super compact, designed to fit into small trucks or vans.

Portable
these are compact machines, equipped with wheels and very easy to move; they have an electric or petrol engine, perfect for quick and immediate cleaning.

Trailer
these are professional trailers approved for road circulation. Completely autonomous so as not to constrain the load compartment of a vehicle.

All Canal Jet PTC units are equipped with simple and intuitive control systems, reduced dimensions and low consumption and can use multiple types of nozzles. For example:
- Oval nozzle;
- Triangular nozzle;
- Rotating nozzle.
These define the motion of the water and act with a more or less intense pressure, completely freeing the channel without damaging the pipes.
Triplex pumps for a very high pressure jet
The ace in the hole of our Canal Jet Units are the pumps they mount: High pressure HPP pumps.
The pump is the beating heart of the machine, thanks to Triplex pumps the pressurizing jet is much more powerful than the other Canal Jet units that are generally found on the market.
These pumps, in fact, are able to guarantee very high performances in compact dimensions, the smaller ones are made with nickel-plated brass head and aluminum body; can reach up to 500 BAR, which allows effective cleaning interventions even without detergents or chemical additives, respecting the environment, the conditions of the workers and reducing intervention costs.
Both the Canal Jet solutions with electric movement and those with endothermic motor mount triplex pumps and versions with male shaft or versions with flange for hydraulic motor connection are available.
Furthermore, the pump is available as a single component or as a hydraulic motor pump (pump complete with hydraulic motor, supplied already assembled).
